Opposites attract. We learned that on E! News back in 1999 when Marilyn Manson and Rose McGowan gripped hands and called themselves a couple. Granted, I also spewed Diet Coke through my nose and barked at the TV, “a couple of what?!” Well, it has happened again...I give you the foodie odd couple: gourmet tamales and unconventional cupcakes. Huh? Wha? It’s true. Aboard the Tamale Foodie food truck, cupcakes filled with the likes of macaroni and cheese and spiced pizza openly mingle with peppery chorizo chicken Males.
